Final Part: Claims of Damages and Concluding Evidence.
Reputational and Financial Damage
After the allegation, all the multinational brands stopped working with me. I was also rejected from various opportunities like one concert in Toronto where I had agreed with promoters for an amount of approximately 61 lakhs Pakistani rupees. I received an email from the organizer that read "we have been advised that the issue which is before the courts may come up during our marketing campaign and hurt the event and we withdraw the offer extended to you".
I have also claimed damages for an amount of forty crores for loss of business opportunity. The detail of the same is firstly the drop in my annual income from approximately thirteen crores in the year 2018 to rupees one crore in the year 2019. I earlier performed for PSL for three years prior to this allegation and approximately earned rupees 3 to 4 crores but they did not sign me after this allegation. I have been a part of Coke Studio for many years earning a lot of money but they too dropped me after this allegation. I have also claimed rupees fifty crores as damages for the loss of reputation/goodwill.
At the end, I state that the allegation of sexual harassment against me are false, defamatory, malicious and are part of well thought conspiracy to destroy my reputation, career, lower my respect in public, expose me hatred and disrespect.
I conclude my evidence by quoting that "defaming a person is no less crime than murder, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) equated eating the flesh of once own brother".
